Terms of Service
Plain-language terms. By posting or paying on Erasure Board you agree to them.
1. What you may not post
You may not post content that is illegal, that doxxes or exposes anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers, private documents), that impersonates another person — public figure or private — or that constitutes targeted harassment or credible threats. Automated screening and human review enforce this; we remove violating posts and may refuse future postings.
2. You own your words, and answer for them
You are solely responsible for what you post. You indemnify and hold harmless Erasure Board and its operator against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from content you submit or actions you pay for.
3. We can remove anything
Erasure Board is a private service. We reserve the right to remove any post, redact any post, refuse any action, or block any visitor at our sole discretion, with or without a report — including posts that are technically allowed but cause legal or safety risk.
4. Payments are final
Every payment buys exactly one immediate action (posting, redacting, or restoring a specific message). The service is delivered instantly and is non-refundable — including if someone else pays to reverse your action seconds later, or if you change your mind. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered action constitutes a payment dispute we will contest with delivery records. If you believe a payment was applied incorrectly, contact us before disputing.
5. Reports and takedowns
Every post has a Report button. User reports are prioritized and our target is to act on them within 24 hours. Content flagged as illegal, doxxing, or credible harassment may be removed or redacted sooner without waiting for the full window. Reports themselves are abuse-traced; false mass-reporting may get your access blocked.
6. Not gambling, no payouts
Payments buy fixed, immediate actions at fixed prices. Nothing depends on chance or a future event, nothing can be won, and nothing is ever paid out. All revenue goes to the site operator.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. These terms may change; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
